Single Section Homes
Our "Single Section" Modular Homes are built to meet or exceed the National, Provincial and Municipal building codes for the areas in which we build. Typically, this building code (Z240) is meant for placement in Mobile Home Communities, as a second residence on a farm/acreage, or as a primary residence on owned land where Municipal Building Codes allow. The basic construction principals for this type of home (Z240) are the same as other Modular (A277) or stick built homes except that there is a steel longitudinal frame beneath the floor joists that allows this type of home (Z240) to be installed on a surface type foundation and to potentially be relocated in the future.
